My journey into women’s health began in my teens, when debilitating period pain disrupted everyday life.
In my twenties, I was finally diagnosed with endometriosis — a moment that brought both clarity and new challenges. From that moment, I became committed to understanding my body through nutrition, movement, and lifestyle choices that truly supported healing..
Around the same time, I completed a BA (Hons) in Social Care Practice, where I deepened my understanding of psychology, human behaviour, and the mind–body connection — insights that now shape my compassionate, whole-person approach to women’s health.
